Sharing a podcast here, I have about 60 of them in my aggregator and figured we could swap our favorite ones here in the forums.
StarTalk Radio by Neil deGrasse Tyson;
Neil deGrasse Tyson is a renowned astrophysicist and works at the Hayden Planetarium in the Museum of Natural History NYC. You may have seen him on NOVA scienceNOW | PBS, Late-Night Talk Shows, and on the Internet as the meme 'Watch out, we got a badass over here'.
He has a wealth of knowledge in Astronomy, Astrophysics, Cosmology and Evolution. He is an educator and has argued against intelligent design and the 'higher powers' as described by religion. He once delivered a PETA PSA stating 'You don't have to be a rocket scientist to know that kindness is a virtue'.
His podcasts are educational, thought provoking and funny, and his guests are top notch. The podcasts are around 40 mins in length, roughly once a week, and usually perfects for my commute either to work or home.
Have a listen and see what you think...
